Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service daily emails
  • Manage the delivery of services across all assets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Strata position is non-negotiable
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent written & reporting skills
  • Proactive to work autonomously and direct an assistant
  • Knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation & WHS
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
