People & Culture Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Byron Bay. This is a key role in shaping and strengthening our workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting strategic business goals.

**Job Description:**

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our People & Culture foundations and lead initiatives across employee relations and broader People & Culture programs that reflect our values and support our brand and growth goals.
  • Provide training and support to managers, ensuring consistency and quality across key people processes.
  • Champion the development of relevant, fit-for-purpose processes and procedures to assist managers in people management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by partnering with managers and collaborating with leaders on development and succession plans.
  • Identify and manage People & Culture risks and compliance issues.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience operating as a People & Culture Business Partner or equivalent.
  • Proven Human Resource experience ideally in a scale-up environment, with exposure to corporate organisations, at Business Partner level.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment legislation and National Employment Standards.
