Job Title: Implementation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Implementation Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery of implementation projects.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the Implementation team, fostering effective communication and workflow between internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance team effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures across all activities.
Requirements:
  • A self-driven individual with drive and determination.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Motivation by KPIs and targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales coordination or scheduling is desirable.
  • Knowledge of software adoption processes and the trades industry is beneficial.
