Key responsibilities
As a team member, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, packing, and checking products in line with customer orders within set performance metrics.
- Restocking designated areas to ensure they are fully supplied and ready for customers.
- Utilizing inventory systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures to guarantee the safety of customers and colleagues.
Working effectively
Our logistics team plays a crucial role in ensuring that IKEA products are readily available to our customers. We leverage our expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering, aiming to provide high availability while minimizing costs. This is one department constantly striving to improve the customer experience at IKEA through effective and efficient ways of processing customer orders.
