This is a chance to oversee the day-to-day operations of a stunning property in a breathtaking region, leading a small team and maintaining exceptional customer service standards across all areas of the venue.

The successful candidate will possess experience in a similar management role within hospitality or tourism, as well as relevant certifications such as senior first aid and responsible service of alcohol.

A minimum 12-month contract commitment is required for this opportunity.

As a Management Couple, you'll be responsible for leading your team and contributing to the success of the venue. This is a shared management role, allowing you to balance work and leisure time. As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • Experience in a similar management role within hospitality or tourism
  • WA approved managers accreditation (or ability to obtain prior to season opening)
  • Responsible service of alcohol certification
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • Skid steer license for unloading weekly deliveries (preferred)
  • Current drivers license and own transport
  • Police clearance (current within 3 months)
  • Familiarity with property management systems (RMS) and POS systems
