The Orchard Talent Group is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Human Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve service delivery
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and partners
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Human Services sector
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the Human Services sector, including funding models, policy frameworks, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
