We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Centre Director, leading our team and shaping the future of our centre.

About the Role:

  1. Deliver a bespoke learning program, developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice, to foster a culture of excellence in early childhood education.
  2. Lead and motivate a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your expertise and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  3. Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, ensuring its continued success and growth.

Our Centre:

  1. Our centre is a 126-place purpose-built facility opened in 2020, featuring spacious and light-filled rooms that provide a nurturing environment for young minds to flourish.
  2. Located conveniently next to Morwell Central Primary School, we offer an integrated service to children and families, partnering with key organizations to deliver exceptional support.
  3. With solid occupancy and a waitlist, we continue to grow and thrive, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  3. Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services, particularly in areas of disadvantage, highlighting commitment to social responsibility.
  4. Strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record in financial and operational performance management, driving business success.
