**The Role**

- This role requires immediate start and availability for sleep over shifts.

- You must have experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.

- Experience in Trauma, Mental Health, First Aid and Intellectual Disadvantage is essential.

- Manual Handling experience is required.

- Clear speech and strong verbal and written communication English skills are necessary.

- Providing personal support empowering our participants to reach their goals and maintain independence is key.

- Experience in Diabetes Management and understanding of Manual Handling are beneficial.

- Confident in providing personal care and enjoying working with dogs and children is important.

**Requirements**

The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working With Children Check.
