Empowering Caregivers

At our organization, we are committed to providing exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities. Our Disability Support Workers play a vital role in empowering participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer or assist participants with medications in accordance with their medication chart and care plan.
- Support participants to develop and maintain independence and safety in personal care and health & hygiene.
- Develop and implement programs to grow living skills and abilities.
- Support participants with various household tasks and activities of daily living.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a Cert III, IV in Disability qualification (or currently undertaking studies).
- Have experience with mental health, complex and challenging behaviors, and high physical support needs.
- Possess a current Australian Driver's Licence and vehicle.
- Be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
- Hold a Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
