Building Structure Examiner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Inspector to conduct inspections of residential and commercial projects.
- A Florida (FS 468) Standard Inspector license, Professional Engineer License or Licensed Architect is required.
- Multitrade Certification is an added advantage.
- Expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing, Building, and Electrical systems is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have five years of prior experience in Inspections or Construction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines are necessary.
- A valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial projects.
- Evaluate compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports of inspection findings.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
