Senior Building Structures Specialist

A seasoned Lead Structural Engineer will drive our structural engineering projects forward, leveraging technical expertise and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results.
">Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of innovative structural solutions, collaborating closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and systems, driving business excellence and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (RPEV, CPEng preferred)
- Proven experience in structural engineering design, team leadership, and project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery
- Valid Australian Driver's License
