The Role:

This successful person will be an excellent communicator, teacher/mentor, and able to take initiative in their role, leading and developing solutions, delivering results, and advising on BIM strategies.

To be considered:

  • Previous experience as a BIM Manager working on large projects is desirable, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Current IT and BIM management experience.
  • Able to identify strategies, implement, and apply BIM-REVIT execution standards and associated templates.
  • Maintaining and creating content library files capable of integrating with external scheduling/database software.
  • Streamlining design and production workflows across projects.
  • Effectively collaborating with team members to achieve project delivery outcomes.
  • Training and mentoring of staff.
  • Managing the studio's interface with external IT support services.
  • Experience creating new family library content, as well as upgrading and organising existing resources.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Australian practical experience and full Australian working rights is essential.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Someone who is confident, charismatic, and engaging is essential.
