About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational programs and practices that support the learning and development of our children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Collaborate with educators to observe practice, review, and continuously improve educational programs
  • Develop and support the educator team's understanding of child development and relevant early years content knowledge
  • Champion practice uplift and excellence within the centre
