About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Develop and implement educational policies and procedures
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to educators
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA)
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
