About the Role:

Evolve Talent is partnering with Transit Systems, a leading public transport and tourism operator, to find an experienced Injury Management Advisor. As a key member of the HSEQ team, you will play a vital role in supporting injured employees through their return-to-work process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Return-to-Work Support: Collaborate with managers and injured employees to minimize risk and claim costs, ensuring a smooth transition back into the workplace.
  • Claims Administration: Handle claims administration, including communications, record-keeping, and insurer submissions, to ensure compliance and accurate records.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with medical professionals, insurers, and employees to manage claims and facilitate return-to-work.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and submit required documentation on time to ensure compliance and accurate records.
  • Employee Health and Wellbeing: Develop and lead initiatives that promote employee health and wellbeing, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative skills and a valid driver's license for travel across multiple sites.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Skilled at building effective relationships and communicating at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Experienced in developing and executing strategies, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and solving problems independently.
  • Continuous Improvement: Self-starter with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to influence and collaborate with others.
  • Claims Management Experience: Claims management experience is a plus, with adaptability and a strong team-oriented approach.
