Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Chemical Process Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions in chemical processing.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in operating and maintaining chemical production equipment, including pumps, valves, reactors, filters, and control systems. They will be responsible for monitoring and testing process parameters, conducting regular inspections and maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical or vocational training in chemical processing, separation processes, or water treatment being highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor chemical production equipment to ensure smooth operation of the chemical line.
  • Monitor and test process parameters to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and R&D data.
  • Perform quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chemical Line Process Operator or similar role within chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to chemical handling and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to perform basic laboratory tests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
