Job Title: Business Readiness Specialist

This is a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and driving business readiness activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading system implementation, providing product ownership, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the conduit between Model Risk team and other stakeholders.
2. Lead business readiness and adoption planning for new system implementation.
3. Provide product ownership to deliver successful outcomes across a complex organisation.
4. Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive system implementation activities.
5. Conduct impact assessments and manage readiness activities to ensure smooth transition.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in Business Readiness, Product Ownership, or Business/Systems Implementation within large, complex organisations.
Understanding of model risk management or broader risk frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead system implementation projects end-to-end, preferably with vendor-supplied solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a trusted conduit between business, risk, and technology.
