Operational Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Architect to provide technical leadership and expertise in designing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions that support operational needs and strategic projects.

This role is focused on ensuring technical integrity and alignment with customer objectives by providing expert technical advice, maintaining architectural integrity across ICT environments, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative ICT outcomes.

  • Develop and review customer technical designs, bills of materials, and proposals.
  • Provide technical guidance and maintain architectural integrity across ICT environments.
  • Lead solution design for operational requirements and major project change requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inputs and ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Support operational teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Assess technical risks and contribute to solution costing and feasibility.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with quality standards, design methodologies, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across cloud, data networks, security, and infrastructure, as well as proven ability to design and deliver complex ICT solutions in managed environments. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
