Visual Merchandising Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a talented and motivated Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute a global visual merchandising strategy and plan.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop visually compelling showroom layouts that showcase furniture collections while maximising space and traffic flow.
- Create VM calendars and programs to drive foot traffic, engage customers, and increase sales.
- Assist with new Showroom openings, including signage, fixtures, floor plans, layout, product selection and design.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to align visual merchandising efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail industry, preferably in the furniture or home decor sector.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, customer journey and visual storytelling.
