About the Role:

As a key member of the Accent Group Limited team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to business users on the Apparel21 ERP system. Based in Sydney, you will work closely with the IT team to resolve system issues, provide training and support, and ensure seamless integration with other applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Apparel21 ERP system, including product management, purchasing, inventory, POS solutions, and ecommerce integrations.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain documentation of systems and applications for business users.
  • Manage and onboard new suppliers to the EDI platform.
  • Provide day-to-day support to business users, resolving system queries and issues, and promoting the development of improved processes and system use.
  • Investigate and diagnose software application problems, prioritize, and work individually or as a team to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement checks and tests for data integrity to ensure operational stability.
  • Work with business users, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and key stakeholders to capture requirements for system enhancements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Undertake end-to-end testing for system changes and enhancements, including development and execution of test plans and scripts, capturing issues and risks, and reporting on test status.
  • Communicate upgrades, releases, and enhancements to business users to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Implement and maintain existing systems, ensuring security and stability.
  • Understand and support relevant integrations to other systems.
  • Maintain a strong focus on security across applications to ensure a robust security posture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Retail Business Applications, preferably with ERP knowledge.
  • Experience in building, maintaining, and supporting integrations between applications.
  • Strong knowledge of retail ERP systems, with AP21 ERP experience being beneficial.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills, with eCommerce Platform and integration knowledge being highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams and understand project management principles and methodologies.
