We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at Adelaide Airport. As a key member of our Landside Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing commercial operations across our transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing and Revenue Management
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue from public, staff, and tenant parking services, as well as bus, taxi, chauffeur, and rideshare services.
    • Lead the development of new products and services to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development and Strategy
    • Collaborate with the Landside & Digital Business team to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth, streamline business processes, and improve customer experience.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize return on assets, including new car parks, pricing models, and customer services.
  • Commercial Agreements and Negotiations
    • Negotiate, manage, and administer commercial agreements associated with Landside commercial activities.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive analysis, monitoring, and reporting of Landside Commercial activities.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Lead and mentor the Landside & Digital Commercial Analyst to ensure the advancement of individual and team skills and capabilities.
    • Collaborate with other business units to ensure the optimum customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in a business, marketing, or technology-related discipline.
  • Experience
    • Commercial business experience, particularly in areas such as ecommerce, retail, sales, and distribution, revenue/yield management, or parking.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing new products or services in a commercially competitive environment.
    • Experience in the development of business cases.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Commercial, legal, or financial-related qualifications.
  • Demonstrated implementation of yield principles in a commercial business.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct capacity/inventory planning and long-term forecasting of operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional presentations to key internal stakeholders and relevant external parties.
