About the Program

The program offers two years of hands-on learning and growth, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to take on meaningful work. You will play a key role in delivering food, drink, and home solutions that meet our customers' expectations for quality, sustainability, and health.

During the two-year program, you'll have the opportunity to work on real projects with clear ownership and accountability as you learn and grow through functional rotations, a tailored development program, and a supportive network.

In your second year, you will complete an Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to develop an innovative solution to a genuine business challenge. The top teams will get the chance to present their ideas to our leadership team.
