Dedicated Support Professional

About the Role:

This critical support position plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of our organization. As an integral part of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to senior leaders, guaranteeing alignment with strategic priorities
  • Efficiently manage schedules, meetings, communications, and travel arrangements
  • Effectively relay key messages and ensure timely follow-up on action items between stakeholders
  • Manage company credit card reconciliation and financial administrative tasks
  • Cordinate events, team meetings, agendas, and track action items
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Assist with onboarding and workstation setup for new team members
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated support professional or operations support role within a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Experience handling high-level communication and cross-functional coordination
  • Proven track record of managing executive travel and calendar scheduling
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and tools like Jobpac, Procore, OneNote
