Culinary Career Starter

We're seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Catering Team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food preparation.

You'll work closely with an experienced catering chef to ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations, catering to exciting experiences including adventures and resort connections. Your duties will include maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, assisting with delivery of stores, and stock control.

To succeed in this role, you must be available to work rostered shifts, preferably from 2:00pm until midnight during peak periods. You'll be a self-motivated multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal skills, taking pride in your ability to:

  • Hold moderate to advanced knife skills
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Maintain impeccable personal integrity
  • Prepare high-quality food
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene

We require:

  • Responsible service certification
  • A valid driving license
  • Previous experience working in kitchen environments (highly regarded)
  • Basic knife skills, self-motivation, and flexibility
  • A genuine passion for high-quality food and commitment to delivering exceptional standards
