**Kitchen Support Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Support Professional.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in assisting our Centre Chef in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Centre Chef in meal preparation and presentation;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting families with a warm smile;
  • Collaborate with Educators to deliver engaging culinary classes;
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen environment;
  • Utilize effective time management and communication skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon commencement);
  • Current State relevant Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain upon commencement);
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain);
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain);
  • Experience cooking for young children aged 6 weeks to 6 years; and
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week.
