About Project Scheduling Role

We employ staff across multiple office locations in Australia, delivering projects in commercial office buildings, shopping centres, hospitals, public infrastructure, defence facilities, schools, convention centres, and more.

The Opportunity - Project Scheduler (Electrical Construction)

You will be responsible for developing project schedules, allocating tasks, reviewing client programs, defining Work Breakdown Structures, and interfacing between contractors.

  • Developing detailed project schedules and programs using industry-standard software.
  • Allocating tasks and labour resources in line with project team requirements.
  • Reviewing and advising on client project programs.

You will work alongside leadership on:

  • Defining Work Breakdown Structures that align with project delivery strategies.
  • Interfacing between multiple contractors to ensure integration of schedules.
What We Require

3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally in electrical industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP); experience with Microsoft Project Online, PWA, and Power BI is advantageous.

Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent would be highly regarded.

Certification in project management (PMI, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
