About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining high quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to a team of shift personnel to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Maintain high quality standards through regular inspections and audits.
  • Respond promptly to any issues that may arise during production.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pulp and Paper Science, or another engineering discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of process control systems and web handling technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, computer literacy, and strong planning and organizing abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
