Warehouse Director

We seek an experienced warehouse leader to drive performance and efficiency in our Gepps Cross warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will monitor and control warehouse operations to meet or exceed targets, ensuring seamless execution of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Operational Efficiency: Monitor and control warehouse operations to meet or exceed targets, ensuring efficient transportation and store service levels.
- Reduce Operating Costs: Take actions to reduce operating costs and optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Develop Workforce Strategies: Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet business requirements.
- Build Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships with managers, supervisors, and team members to ensure the DC is staffed effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in FMCG operations and leading teams.
- Use of continuous improvement tools and methods, including warehouse supervisory experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with OH&S practices, EEO regulations, and HACCP guidelines.
