Warehouse Operations Manager

">Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a fast-paced DC/warehouse environment, and proficiency in inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Management & Task Allocation
: Assist in supervising warehouse staff, delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
Forklift Operations
: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading and unloading trucks, as well as moving goods within the warehouse.
Inventory Control
: Maintain accurate inventory records using Cin7 and Excel, conduct regular stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies.
Container Handling
: Oversee the unloading and loading of shipping containers, ensuring proper documentation and storage procedures are followed.
Truck Loading/Unloading
: Coordinate and supervise the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Computer Proficiency
: Utilize EDI, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
Safety Compliance
: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
