Job Title: Senior Property Operations Manager

Description:We seek an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of diverse properties, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage facilities maintenance, workplace services, and risk management practices across various property types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities maintenance operations and optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining contractual compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants, and service contractors to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Oversee risk management practices and regulatory compliance in commercial offices, residential buildings, educational facilities, and places of worship.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service quality and drive client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in property operations, including facilities management and maintenance.
  • Desirable: Experience managing commercial office and base building services.
  • Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in building, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with financial management and risk assessment.
