We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer Companion to join our team at Bupa Aged Care in Wodonga. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate admissions and respond to queries and concerns from residents and their family members
- Advise new residents of additional services available and ensure services are delivered
- Complete meal service with new residents, escorting them to the dining room and ensuring they understand the meal service process
