Caregiver Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Carer Trainee in the Aged and Disability Services department.

As a Carer Trainee, you will play a vital support role across all programs within our Service, working closely with the Interchange team to implement programs and events while providing direct care support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing programs and events
• Provide direct care support to clients
• Work collaboratively with the Interchange team

About You

• You will complete a Certificate III in Disability Studies within 12 months of employment with us.
• Eager to learn and grow within the disability sector.
• Strong ability to take initiative and stay organised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to program development.
