Lead Talent Acquisition Professional

We're seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to spearhead our early career programs and shape the future of our workforce. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for growing and developing a diverse team of recruiters and program managers who will help us achieve our goals.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 4 impactful recruiters and program managers, setting clear expectations and enabling them to develop positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to your team, empowering them to grow and thrive in their roles.
  • Assess existing programs, identify gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the Talent Agility Lead to identify key recruiting and program metrics and build operationalized programs to drive improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on key data to measure impact and effectiveness of programs and projects.
  • Collect ongoing feedback to improve learning experiences and programs.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and improve current recruiting tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Design, implement, and measure diversity sourcing and partnership initiatives.
