About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Talent Acquisition division.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of skilled recruiters and playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent strategies and service delivery models that align with our organization's long-term workforce goals.">

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of our Talent Acquisition function, ensuring the provision of timely and high-quality enabling services, and a continuous improvement approach to policy, process, and service delivery.">
  • Overseeing the refresh and redesign of our recruitment service delivery model and monitoring and adapting services in line with available resources, business demand, and other strategic priorities.">
  • Providing high-level expertise, advice, and guidance on recruitment policies, practices, and initiatives, including sourcing strategies, resources, training, and managing regular communication channels.">
  • Managing a team, providing effective people leadership, performance management, and development planning in line with agreed approaches.">
  • Effectively managing the function's resources and budget and providing reporting and analysis as required to track financial and service delivery metrics.">
