    • Provide transparent, predictable, and fair leadership to the Operations team, with delegated areas of authority.
    • Empower and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Child and Family Engagement
    • Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and peers.
    • Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children, aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure the programs are delivered in a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment.
    • Monitor and maintain high-quality facilities, equipment, and resources.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education and care or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education and care.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
    • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
