Quality System Specialist

As a Quality System Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Embedding quality from day one by reviewing proposals, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Crafting and maintaining policies, procedures, and metrics to uphold AS9110, ISO9001, and regulatory expectations
  • Driving data analysis, root cause investigations, and proactive problem-solving
  • Leading supplier quality reviews and providing assurance support to business decisions
  • Conducting hardware, software, and systems audits against standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating across teams to uplift quality, safety, and continuous improvement culture

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years' experience in Quality Management Systems, aviation, engineering, or related field
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, quality, or equivalent professional experience
  • Analytical problem-solver with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Ability to influence, engage, and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Lead auditor qualifications or willingness to obtain upon commencement
  • Resilient, hands-on mindset with ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments
  • Australian Citizenship (eligible for Defence security clearance)
