Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to ensure our operations conform to food safety regulations and quality systems requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in document control, reporting non-conformances and corrective actions within the quality management system.

  • Document control and report on non-conformances and corrective actions within the quality management system.
  • Support and implement key food safety requirements and quality outcomes.
  • Undertake quality internal audits and respond to customer complaints.
  • Ensure all staff are aware and comply with quality management system requirements.
  • Mentor and guide QA officers.
About You
  • Quality assurance background in a food manufacturing environment or operational experience in a meat processing facility.
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Commitment to company values and food safety culture.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail, initiative, time management, and follow-through.
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia.
  • Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce.
  • Own transport or reliable means of getting to work.
Requirements
  • 20 hours per week.
  • Day shift.
