About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide generalist clinical pharmacy services via our well-established pharmacist rotation program.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development and implementation of medication management strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Provide generalist clinical pharmacy services via our pharmacist rotation program
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of medication management strategies
  • Participate in weekend/public holiday/on-call roster after suitable orientation and training
