Clinical pharmacists are pivotal in delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy & medication management services to patients. They devise, implement and maintain effective medication therapy plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Routine utilization of supervision & feedback skills to oversee and guide the practice of pharmacy interns and students on placement
- Providing education & training inside and outside the pharmacy department
- Acting as a pharmacy department representative and subject matter expert on relevant working groups and committees
The successful candidate will be well-supported by their interdisciplinary colleagues through our established pharmacist rotation program.
They will work closely with pharmacy technician colleagues to ensure efficient and comprehensive clinical pharmacy services are delivered to their area of responsibility as rostered.
