Job Title: Program Manager

A crucial role in AWS Infrastructure Services involves overseeing the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our diverse and creative team as a Program Manager for APAC Critical Projects. As a member of our team, you will work with colleagues across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing a centralized Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard function at the project and program level to support project progress tracking.
  • Providing various systems and administration support including proprietary systems.
  • Collaborating with the Data Engineering team to analyze backend data and filters.
  • Liaising with APAC, AMER, and EMEA counterparts to drive global alignment.
  • E nsuring data integrity when entering information into relevant front-end platforms.
  • Identifying gaps and creating system Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiencies and reduce levels of effort on repeating and overlapping data entries.
  • Developing audit and compliance mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
  • Gathering data across clusters to support reporting, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
  • Creating and delivering training and onboarding programs on key knowledge and tools to construction teams.

You will use data and anecdotes to tactically manage internal customers to mitigate project risks (time, cost, quality, and safety). You will apply your knowledge and experience to identify and develop dashboard reporting to provide visibility to peers and leadership to drive better business outcomes.
