Senior Infrastructure Project Director

Project leaders oversee large-scale infrastructure projects across multiple locations. Their responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of various stakeholders, including project teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years experience in project management from an infrastructure or engineering project environment.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing project teams across multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience with major public infrastructure/engineering projects, and alliance contract models.
  • Strong understanding of project control systems, cost, schedule, and risk management.
  • Excellent communicator with cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) a plus.
