Project Director Position

We are partnering with a leading global contractor to deliver Sydney Water projects from pre-contracts through to handover.

  • Deliver multiple projects in the utilities and water infrastructure sector
  • Oversee project development, procurement, subcontractor management, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Sydney Water specifications and safety standards
  • Lead and mentor a team including Engineers, CAs, and Supervisors
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early in the delivery process
About You:
  • 10+ years' experience in civil construction, including recent experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven track record delivering water/utilities projects
  • Strong understanding of Sydney Water specs and delivery processes
  • Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractors
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
