Strata Administration Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strata Administration Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Strata Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Strata Manager and assist with various tasks related to strata administration, repairs, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Strata Manager, including data entry, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist with strata administration tasks, such as managing repairs and maintenance, liaising with stakeholders, and conducting risk and insurance checks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tradespeople, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
- Strata administration or real estate/property management experience desirable.
- A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
- Proven resilience and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
