Empower Job Seekers to Achieve Employment

As a skilled professional in employment services, your role is to enable job seekers to become work-ready and find sustainable employment opportunities. You will be based at our Wyong site, part of a national network that delivers Employment Services Programs from over 400 locations.

Your primary responsibility is to empower job seekers by identifying their skills and securing employment opportunities. This requires delivering outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers alike, while increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.

To achieve this, you will create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment, building relationships with local employers and community organisations along the way. Your background should include experience in delivering great customer service in retail, call centre operations, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
  • Create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
