We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to support patients in their homes with crucial medication administration for various treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Visit patients at home to administer prescribed medications.
  • Support three patients with weekly infusions as part of a rare disease management program.
  • Collect medication and transport it to the patient via cold chain logistics.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and demonstrate proficiency in cannulation techniques.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the relevant regulatory body as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in IV cannulation and working with vulnerable populations such as children or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • A valid CPR Certificate and strong interpersonal communication skills.
