Content Strategist and Campaign Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies and campaigns that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective content plans, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

  • Developing and implementing content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Performing content audits and gap analyses to ensure uniformity and alignment
  • Collaborating with content, brand, insights, marketing, digital, product, and creative services teams to create effective strategy and content plans
  • Partnering with sales teams to build content commercialisation strategies that align with business goals and protect the company's reputation
  • Managing quarterly content planning, content calendars, and campaign delivery and reporting
  • Measuring, monitoring, and analysing campaign performance against defined metrics and success measures
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a content strategy role including planning, managing, and measuring content marketing campaigns
  • At least 5 years' experience in a content production, content marketing, or publishing environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to drive change and gain support for initiatives
  • Expert understanding of planning and publishing and marketing content across digital platforms
  • Keen data analysis skills with the ability to use GA and other digital content and marketing analytics tools
  • Strategic reasoning skills with the ability to organise multiple details into a coherent campaign
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present reports
