We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the role of Creative Coordinator.

Job Description

As a Creative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of in-house content shoots from concept through to execution. You will also develop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shoots, plan and execute fresh styling for content shoots, elevate product presentation, and ensure looks are always on-brand.

  • Manage the end-to-end production of in-house content shoots, ensuring timely completion and meeting brand standards.
  • Develop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shoots, considering trends, aesthetics, and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute fresh styling for content shoots, collaborating with photographers, videographers, and stylists to create visually appealing content.
  • Oversee post-production workflow, including image management, editing, and asset delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with graphics teams to produce on-brand, social-first assets for product launches, aligning visuals with the wider creative vision.
  • Brainstorm, pitch, and deliver creative shoot ideas/assets to boost social engagement, grow awareness, and push the brand forward.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a creative content role within the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
  • Highly social-savvy, with a natural eye for trends and aesthetics, and ability to translate these into engaging visual content.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom), proficiency in content creation apps/software, and ability to edit and optimise for multiple platforms.
  • Strong styling ability with a keen understanding of what drives customer engagement, and ability to collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists.
  • Experience in content creation apps/software with ability to edit and optimise for multiple platforms, and knowledge of current trends and aesthetics.
