Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Visionary Lead to spearhead our editorial team in the APAC region. This role will involve creating compelling content for our media outlets, managing a growing team of editors and creatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a creative vision for our editorial content
  • Managing workflows and providing individual feedback to team members
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive audience growth strategies
  • Identifying opportunities for editorial partnerships to expand our reach
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in a newsroom, content agency, or digital media property
  • Team management experience -min 4 years-
  • Native level of English (and Korean, if Korea based)
  • Deep passion for journalism, social media, and digital marketing
  • Digital fluency and hands-on knowledge of social media platforms
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to inspire creative teams
  • Team player attitude and ability to use Photoshop, WordPress, Canva, and image/video editing software
