Lead Student Services Strategist

This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape the strategic direction of student services and drive innovation in service delivery.

You will lead diverse teams spanning student administration, support, wellbeing, engagement and systems, working in close partnership with faculties and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of an outstanding and inclusive student experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and inspirational leader who can influence across a complex organisation, delivering service transformation at scale while balancing innovation with governance and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

  • Lead a broad and integrated portfolio supporting students across their entire journey, from enrolment to graduation and beyond.
  • Oversee student administration, support, wellbeing, engagement and systems, driving innovation and upholding governance, compliance and operational excellence.
  • Work in close partnership with faculties and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional student services.
  • Influence the strategic direction of student services to enhance the student experience and institutional reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for student services, aligning with institutional goals and priorities.
  2. Service Delivery: Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of student services, ensuring high-quality experiences for students.
  3. Team Management: Lead diverse teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  4. Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculties, external stakeholders, and community partners to advance student success.
