About the RoleThis is a short-term contractual opportunity working full-time Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, assessment and treatment services to patients across Northern Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of clinical and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Degree or equivalent qualifications with eligibility for full membership of the AASW.
- Proven competency and knowledge in Social Work assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of Social Work professional standards.
Competitive hourly rate of $58-67 per hour plus superannuation (based on experience).
